## satExplore
Repository in which me(LZ1BUK) and LZ1TIN document our amateur radio astronomy projects. Expect pictures, reports, recordings, etc.

### Hardware we use
We have the HTs needed for VHF/UHF communication, but specifically for satellites we use:
* RTL-SDR stick

### Tools we have used
* SDR++ - an SDR interface
* NOAA APT - a NOAA image decoder
* wxtoimg - a satellite image decoder
* gpredict - Satellite position predictor for linux
* Heavens Above - Satellite position predictor for android
